How 7Realty LLC collects, uses and shares information from this site, and how to tell us to stop.
Who we are
7Realty LLC is a real estate brokerage that represents buyers, licensed in Florida (license #CQ1075172) and Georgia (license #83007). We are not a homebuilder, a lender or a mortgage broker, and we are not affiliated with any homebuilder. This policy covers the pages we operate at try7realty.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you use a form on this site, we collect your name, phone number and email address, and, depending on the form, the area you are interested in, your buying timeline, any notes you write, and which homes you saved. We record that you ticked the consent box and when.
Information collected automatically. Our analytics and advertising partners set cookies and similar identifiers that record your IP address, device and browser, the pages you view, the searches you run on this site, and how you arrived here, including any advertising click identifier in the link you followed.
Information kept only in your browser. Homes you save, and whether you have unlocked addresses, are stored in your own browser's local storage. That data stays on your device and is not sent to us unless you submit a form. Clearing your browser data removes it.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and put together a shortlist of homes.
- To arrange tours, including confirming a home's price, availability and incentives with the builder's sales office before you drive anywhere.
- To contact you by call, text and email about your home search, where you have agreed to it.
- To measure which advertising works, and to show you our ads on other platforms.
- To keep records we are required to keep as a licensed brokerage.
Who we share it with
- Our customer relationship system. Form submissions are sent through an automation service to the system our agents work from, so we can follow up.
- Builders' sales offices. If you ask us to arrange a tour, we identify you to that community's sales office, which is normally required for us to represent you there.
- Advertising and analytics partners, currently Google and TikTok. This includes a one-way encrypted (hashed) form of your email address and phone number, used to match your enquiry to an ad you saw and to measure results. We do not send them your name, your notes, or which homes you looked at in a form they can tie to your identity, and we do not sell your information.
- Where the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Calls and texts
If you tick the consent box, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message and email about your home search. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us on a call or by email and we will stop.
We don't share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties for marketing.
Cookies and how to turn tracking off
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google opt-out add-on, adjust Google ad personalisation at My Ad Center, and adjust TikTok ad personalisation in your TikTok account settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you using this site.
Your choices
Email us at contact@7realty.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. We will respond within a reasonable time, keeping only what we are required to keep as a licensed brokerage.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to help you and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed brokerage in the state concerned, then delete or anonymise them.
Children
This site is meant for adults buying a home. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change what we collect or who we share it with, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
