What is a USDA loan, and can I use it on a new home?
A USDA loan is a home loan with no down payment for homes in places the USDA counts as rural. Many new communities on the edge of town qualify.
There is an income limit, set by the county and your family size. The home has to be in an area the USDA allows.
Ask us about a home you like. We can check whether its address can use a USDA loan.
