Between a signed contract and the keys, a buyer deals with a builder, a lender, inspections and a title company, all on deadlines. You are the person who keeps every one of them moving and keeps the buyer calm, so every deal closes on time.

- A week, weeks 1–5
File pay lands when the file closes. For your first 5 weeks we also pay you $500 a week, and it's yours to keep. Expect 25 to 30 closed files a month.
No license yet? We pay your course and exam, plus $1,000 if you're licensed within 3 weeks.

You will
- Take every file from signed contract to closing day.
- Schedule the builder, the lender, inspections, the walkthrough and closing.
- Keep the buyer calm and in the loop.
- Chase what is late before it is late.
- Explain contract terms, once you are licensed.
You won't
- Find buyers. Setters and closers do that.
- Wait on a license to start. We pay for it.
