Nick Guthery is the owner and CEO of 7Realty. He built the company around one idea: buying a new home should not mean guessing. You should see real homes and real payments before you ever walk into a model.
Today Nick leads the 7Realty team, from the people who answer when you reach out to the specialists who guide you from your first call to closing. He also builds the website, the home search, and the systems that keep the team quick to respond.
Outside of 7Realty, Nick is a software entrepreneur and pilot. Both taught him what he brings to the business: understand how things work, get the details right, and make the next step obvious.
