What this site is
These pages list new-construction homes that third-party homebuilders are selling, so that we can show them to buyers we represent. 7Realty LLC is an independent real estate brokerage licensed in Florida (license #CQ1075172) and Georgia (license #83007). We represent buyers only in the states we are licensed in, and every market on this site is in one of them. It is not a homebuilder, is not affiliated with any homebuilder, and does not speak for one. Builder names, community names, plan names and related marks are the property of their respective owners.
Prices and availability
Prices, availability, floor plans, specifications, incentives and price reductions are compiled from builders' own publicly available listings on the date shown on each page. New construction moves weekly and incentives rotate. Everything here is provided for general information, changes without notice, is not an offer, and is not a guarantee of availability or terms. Confirm any home with us or with the builder before you rely on it.
Payment estimates
Monthly payment figures are the homebuilder's own published estimates for a specific address. They include principal and interest and estimated property taxes, homeowners insurance, mortgage insurance where it applies and HOA dues. They are estimates, not offers of credit, not a commitment to lend, and not quotes from 7Realty LLC, which is a real estate brokerage and not a lender or mortgage broker. Your actual rate, payment and eligibility depend on credit approval, your down payment, the loan program and market rates when you lock. Loan programs, down payment assistance and promotional rates are offered by the lender, on the lender's terms, and are subject to eligibility and approval.
Photography
Photography depicts builder model homes and is used to identify the floor plans we show our clients. Photographs are the property of their respective owners.
Fair housing
We do business in accordance with the Fair Housing Act and the law of every state we are licensed in. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.
Your use of the site
Use this site for your own home search. Do not scrape it, resell its contents, or use it to send unsolicited messages. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.
