How much can I borrow with a VA loan?

With your full VA benefit, there is no VA loan limit. You can borrow as much as a lender approves you for, based on your income and debts.

If part of your benefit is still tied up in another VA loan, there is a limit, and you may need a down payment above it. Your lender can check your Certificate of Eligibility.
