Will the lender ask about money I move between my bank accounts?

Probably. Lenders look at your last two months of bank statements and ask about any big deposit that is not your paycheck.

Moving money between your own accounts is fine. Keep the statements for both accounts, so you can show where it came from.

Try not to deposit cash while you are buying. Cash is hard to prove, and the lender may not be able to count it.
