Before bringing 7Realty to South Georgia, we owned and operated a brokerage in Ohio and sold real estate throughout Florida. Combined with decades of industry experience, that background allows us to bring a broad perspective and proven expertise to every client we serve. Jim Guthery has been licensed in real estate since 1996, and our experience in both the real estate and mortgage industries spans nearly three decades.

Over the years, we've worked in different markets, at a variety of price points, and through changing economic conditions. We understand how competitive markets operate, how to negotiate effectively, and how to navigate transactions from contract to closing. Today, we're fully rooted in South Georgia and committed to serving this community—especially first-time homebuyers and military families at Moody AFB who deserve knowledgeable, experienced representation.

When you work with 7Realty, you don't get passed off to a transaction coordinator or shuffled between support staff. You work directly with us. We're personally involved throughout the entire process, providing guidance, communication, and advocacy every step of the way.
