Can I get a pool with a new construction home?

Sometimes. A few builders offer a pool on certain homes, but most buyers add one after closing with a pool company.

Adding a pool later usually needs the HOA's OK and a lot big enough for it. Ask about both before you pick your lot.

Many new communities also have a shared pool, paid for by the HOA.
