Should I bring my agent to the model home the first time?
Yes. Many builders want your agent with you, or signed in for you, on your very first visit. If you go alone first, some builders will not work with your agent later.

Each builder has its own rule. Some ask that your agent comes to the first visit. Some let your agent register you by email before you go. A few are more flexible.
If you already visited a model home on your own, tell us anyway. We can ask the builder, and sometimes it is not too late.
