Who pays the realtor when you buy new construction?
On a new home, the builder pays our fee. You do not pay us, and the price is the same with or without us.

Builders plan for an agent's fee when they set their prices. If you come in without an agent, you do not get that money off the price. It just stays with the builder.
Our agreement with you says who pays our fee. If a builder or seller ever pays less, we never ask you to pay the rest. Your loan, deposit and other buying costs are separate from our fee.
