First we find out what you can pay each month and what you want in a home. Then you get pre-approved, so you know what the lender will lend.
We show you every new home that fits and go see the ones you like. When you pick one, you sign the builder's contract and pay the deposit.
Before closing, your own inspector checks the home, and the builder fixes what is on the list. At closing you sign the loan papers and get the keys.
