Why do some new homes only show a floor plan or a drawing?

Because the home is not built yet, or is still being built. Builders show the floor plan, a drawing, or photos of the same plan built somewhere else.

You can see the same plan in person in the model home, or in another home the builder has finished. We can send you photos of homes built from that plan.
